Traditional Austrian restoran, with mainly local guests. But, if you are not familiar with German language it would be hard to understand with waitress.The food was fantastic and cheap comparing to other restaurants in Schladming. Apfelstrudel only 3, but the most delicious we taste. Also the biggest choice of traditional mealsin Schladming.

A very nice and calm place, we've eaten very delicious food here, and the prices were not as high as in the city center. The staff is very friendly, and even if none of the 2 waitresses could speak English, they easily understood what we have wanted to say. The waiting time for your meal is approx 25 minutes, wich I think is worth the waiting. Also, the terrace chairs were surprisingly comfortable aswell.

Very traditional Austrian food, and delicious. Locals eat there which is a good sign and the staff are delightful and fun. Old (1950’s) jukebox to get the vibe going and everyone has a good time, after a few drinks and shots. Hoping to go back…

In June 2024 the kitchen served food Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings only. The bar opened at other times, so you can see why there is some confusion over hours when open. But we Englishmen visited here a few times armed with our poor grasp of German. What lovely people they were. Could not have been friendlier. Locals were welcoming who sat at bar with us. Inexpensive drinks. Food ample proportions.

Awesome. Perfect relaxed atmosphere for a family meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming (despite us not speaking German) and the meals were simple food done well (rustic and generous).
